Refund and Return Policy

Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscriptions will auto-renew each month. These subscriptions are non-refundable and your credit card will be charged every 30 days from the date of purchase. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time during the month. If you cancel your subscription it will expire 30 days from the date of your last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded, but you will still have access for the days you have remaining on your 30-day subscription (For example, if you start your subscription on the 14th of the month, your credit card will be charged on the 14th of every month unless you cancel. If you cancel on the 4th day of a month, your subscription will no longer auto-renew, but you will have access until the 14th of that month)

Weekly Pass

Weekly passes are non-refundable. Youth Sports Live recognizes a week as 7 calendar days from the time of purchase.

Daily Pass

Daily passes are non-refundable. Youth Sports Live recognizes a day as 24 hours from the time of purchase.

DVD Purchases

Youth Sports Live is committed to providing our customers with a quality product that will allow you to hold on to all those special memories. Youth Sports Live strives to fulfill your DVD requests with a product that meets the highest standards.

If you are unsatisfied with your DVD due to technical issues such as poor viewing or poor audio quality, you may apply for a possible refund by calling (866) 615-8499 within 30 days of receipt of your DVD. Upon receipt of your returned DVD, our qualified technical staff will review your request. If the quality of the video meets our high quality standards, your DVD will be returned to you or we may send you another copy of the same DVD. If it is determined that the quality of your DVD does not meet our high quality standards, we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price of the DVD only. Youth Sports Live cannot refund shipping and handling costs, nor do we provide postage-paid return envelopes. Your return will be processed within 30 days from receipt of your returned DVD.
