2009 Drive for the League Contest
Your league has teamed up with Youth Sports Live to provide state-of-the-art technology that allows you and other family members to watch games played at your field on the Internet.

To qualify for one of the Grand Slam Prizes subscribe yourself or sell at least one subscription.
But you must register to win!
How Do I Register?
Visit youthsportslive.com, click on “Need Player ID #.” Fill in all required information and click the “Play Ball” button.
After submitting your application, you will receive your unique Player ID # via your email address provided. Your Player ID # is to be provided to anyone who is subscribing and is to be used in the “referral box” so you receive credit.
You will then be directed to the “Learn about the Youth Sports Live Experience” so you can see how “YOU WILL NEVER MISS ANOTHER GAME.” |
Grand Slam Prizes
Grand Slam Prize #1
One week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The winning league will send the team of their choice to attend 1 tournament week at Dreams Park in Cooperstown, NY. YSL will provide accommodations for 12 players, 3 coaches and 1 umpire.
Grand Slam Prize #2
Game Day in Houston, TX with Jeff Bagwell. Each registered player will have the opportunity to meet and watch an Astro’s game with NL Rookie of the Year, All-Star, and NL MVP Jeff Bagwell. Includes 4 airline tickets, 2 night hotel accommodations, and 4 tickets to 2 games.
Grand Slam Prize #3
One week family vacation at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Youth Sports Live will provide airfare for four, 7 night stay, and multi-day park passes for the whole family.
Additional Prizes
Each league registered with Youth Sports Live will have 3 additional prize winners. Winners will be determined based on the highest number of subscription credits earned over the course of the season.

Rules & Regulations
Grand Slam #1: League vs League Competition
1. Each league throughout the Youth Sports Live Broadcast Network has the opportunity to win the “Cooperstown Dreams Park” experience.
2. At the time of registration, each league provides Youth Sports Live with the number of players who participate within the league program. To qualify for Grand Slam #1, the league must receive credit for 100% of the originally reported and recorded number of participants.
3. At the end of the season, each qualifying league’s name will be placed in a tumbler and the CEO of Youth Sports Live will pick the Grand Slam #1 winner.
Grand Slam #2: Player vs Player Competition
1. Each player / participant that registers as a player / participant on the Youth Sports Live Web site will be issued a unique ID #.
2. Each player / participant is encouraged to have parents, relatives, friends, and neighbors visit the Youth Sports Live Web site and subscribe for the service at a cost of only $14.95 per month and to use their unique ID # as the referral number.
3. For each subscription credited to a unique ID #, a tag with that unique ID # will be placed in a tumbler. At the end of the season, the CEO of Youth Sports Live will pick the Grand Slam #2 winner.
Grand Slam #3: Player vs Player Competition
1. Each player / participant that registers as a player / participant on the Youth Sports Live Web site will be issued a unique ID #.
2. Each player / participant is encouraged to have parents, relatives, friends, and neighbors visit the Youth Sports Live Web site and subscribe for the service at a cost of only $14.95 per month and to use their unique ID # as the referral number.
3. The player / participant with the greatest number of credited subscriptions is the Grand Slam #3 winner. |
